・貨物寄出及送達時間 Despatch & Delivery Time

  1. 收到訂單後,我們會根據不同郵遞方安排貨品寄出。

  2. 貨品寄出貨後我們會在訂單作出狀態更新並會以電郵通知。

  3. 確認訂單後我們會盡快將貨品送抵府上。訂單一般會於24小時內交付速遞公司, 並在4個工作天內送抵府上。大部分訂單會於2至3個工作天內送抵。而存放於供應商貨倉之貨品, 送貨可能需時7-12個工作天。詳情可詢問本公司職員。

  1. When receiving the order, we will arrange and ship the goods according to different delivery methods.

  2. After the order is shipped, the status of the order will be notified by email.

  3. We will deliver the goods to you as soon as possible. Order will generally be passed on to the courier company within 24 hours on working day, while oder will be delivered to your address within 4 working days. Normally, you can well receive within 2-3 days. However, for the goods that are stored in the warehouse, delivery may have to be taken 7-12 working days. For more details, please ask for our staff.

・本港運費 Local Shipping Fee

為了給予客戶方便的購物平台,我們提供最低價的運費並且希望客戶可以享受最好的購物體驗。當消費金額抵達門檻時,您將可以享受免運費服務。

除網站特別註明的活動外,運費處理原則如下:

 

當訂單抵達HK$ 500 則將享受免運費服務。倘若低於 HK$ 500,運費將由買家負擔。(不包括偏遠地區* 或步行上樓梯人工費**)

*偏遠地區如馬灣、赤鱲角(例如機場)、迪士尼樂園、愉景灣、大嶼山、南丫島、昻平360、梅窩、大澳、坪洲和長洲,以上運費模式暫時未能覆蓋,只能安排順豐到付。

​** 步行上樓梯人工費: 如需步行送上樓梯,例如大廈沒有電梯,或電梯不能直達的樓層,每層需加收人工附加費予速遞。

As one of the best shopping platforms, the lowest shipping fee is undoubtedly one of our major concerns. We hope that all of our customers enjoy the best shopping experience from us. Once the certain amount of consumption is reached, the shipping and delivery service will be totally free of charge. 

Except for the promotional period indicated, the shipping and delivery fee will be handled as the follows:

Free shipping for any order with purchase amount above HK$500 except Remote Area* or Labour Charge**.  Shipping and delivery fee will be charged for purchase amount below HK$500 except Remote Area* or Labour Charge**.

 * Remote Area such as Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok(including Hong Kong International Airport), Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, etc. is not covered by our courier service. We can only arrange SF Freight Collect which means the customer will pay the shipping cost directly to the courier upon delivery. 

 

** Labour Charge: For buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge per floor. Please contact us for quotation.

一般派送時間:

  • 星期日及公眾假期︰不設派送服務

We provide the best services for our customers. Different shipping and delivery methods can be chosen by our customers, including: home delivery, SF Express store and EF Locker (Please fill in your ideal SF store or smart locker address in the column of delivery address when placing an order.) and HongKong Post.

General delivery schedule: 

  • Mondays to Saturdays : 9am to 7pm

  • Sundays and Public Holidays : No delivery service is provided.

・貨品追蹤 Order Tracking

  • 當您訂購的貨品於倉庫完成包裝後以待送貨,您將會透過電郵收到送貨確定通知。此電郵包含訂單資料和訂單追蹤號碼。

  • 貨物寄出後,如需更改地址,如請自行聯絡順豐速運/本公司/香港郵政另作安排。衍生的額外費用必須自付。

  • 如顧客因個人理由未能收件,請自行與順豐速運/本公司/香港郵政聯絡安排。

  • 若連續派送兩次失敗亦無法與你取得聯絡,訂單可能會被取消,本公司或不作退款。

  • Once the order is ready to ship, an email notification containing order tracking number will be sent to the customers.

  • Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with SF Express/ our staff/ HongKong Post vary with the shipping and delivery method. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.

  • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express/ our staff/ HongKong Post directly in order to make further arrangements.

  • If customer is not reachable for delivery after two attempts, the order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.

・自取服務 Store Pickup Service

客戶亦可選擇到本公司自行取貨,當您在實體店領取產品時,您或您的授權代表須向我們展示電子郵件內的確認訂單,以進行身份驗證。如果我們不能證實要求收取貨品的人是您本人或您的授權代表,我們將拒絕該人士收取您的訂單,以保障您的利益。

 

訂單一經確認後,除非經我們同樣,您不可再更改其它顏色、款式或產品。

 

如您選擇領取產品之店鋪因天氣及其他因素影響下而停止營業,您可於翌日前往該店鋪領取產品。

It is also applicable to collect your order at our physical store.When you pick up the product in our physical store, you or your authorised representative will be required to produce your email confirmation for identity verification. If we are not satisfied that the person requesting to collect your order(s) is yourself or your authorised representative, we will refuse the collection of the order(s) in order to safeguard your interest.

Once the order is confirmed, we cannot change the selected store for collection.

If your selected store is closed due to weather or any other uncontrollable factors, you may pick up the products in the same store on the next day when the store is opened.
